Above is the Masterplan of sub-projects within a selected site. Each site will be slightly different in terms of size, orientation and topography.
360 lot housing subdivision
This is to be a fully off grid, self sewer treatment, self potable water estate over (min) 402,000m2 or 40 hectares. On this land will be 360 houses.
Each house will be a ‘Tri-Star’ design of 3 wings, fully wrapped in solar, and include high-tech specifications including home automation and smart glass windows. Each will be equipped with its own ‘Western’ kitchen and bathroom facilities. These will be a quality product never seen before in these provinces.
Hive Medical - Medical Centre
The Hive Medical Centre is one of the most rewarding parts of this Project. Its not necessarily overly profitable, however it is an asset, and such a huge ‘gift’ for the people.
Providing world-class medical access to the people in remote provinces and across all of the Philippines will make this Project famous.
This facility comprises of multiple sections will operate fully off-grid, and provide:

This is a truly exciting opportunity to fill a gap in the healthcare industry in the Philippines. There are then opportunities to create a government-backed healthcare benefit scheme which will be for the people.
H2Organic - Aquaponics Food Production
Organic food production all-year round is incredibly important. This 8 wing Aquaponics facility will do this even during typhoons.
This high-tech facility will use innovation with nature to produce high quality food (fish and vegetables) in very rapid time frames. There is income to be made here, through sale of these foods to the locals, as well as export to the world.
On the roof of this facility is a communal market. This is to be a meeting point for the entire community. The more people who gather here, the more income and the more successful the operations of this facility will be.
Providing a community market also allows for the sale of stalls to the locals, so they can in turn make a living via selling (pre-approved) produce.
The central restaurant / cafe will be leased to an operator who will manage their own business affairs for their own incomes. Ideally this will be using the organic foods produced by the facility as a showcase. The intention here is to create a destination of attraction that the locals and foreigners talk about.
i2 Waste Management - recycling, pyrolysis and fractional distillation
The Pyrolysis and Fractional Distillation facility is potentially the operation that will attract the most amount of attention. As this is the solution to a global issue that many people will get excited about.
The only reason this works in the real world is that we will have ‘free’ energy from all our combined operations. This energy is the biggest consumption in these processes.
i2 Industrial Eco Park
An estate comprising of industrial factories and warehouses that are entirely off grid, including the power, sewer and water. Made up of some 36 or so lots with varying options.
This eco-park will be talked about globally. As this is the way industrial solutions should be tackled. More good can come from an eco-park like this than 500 homes when it comes to measuring green, clean energy.
These factories or warehouses can be sold or rented out. Potential also exists for creating innovation hubs or technology precincts.
